Did you know that suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death among those 15 to 25 years of age? Were you aware that nearly 4 in 10 young women become pregnant at least once before they reach age 20? What about the fact that there are 1,800 reported violent crimes per every 100,000 students in our nation’s high schools. 

The “Celebrate Life and Pursue Your Dreams” school tour brings a message of hope and encouragement to our young people. Through an inclusive program of contemporary music, drama and dance, we offer a positive and constructive answer for each important decision a young person is faced with on a daily basis. Some of the issues addressed are:

A YOUNG LIFE SAVED, IT REALLY WORKS

After seeing a recent Thread of Hope show, a young girl who had been contemplating suicide decided to confide in her friends. They gave her advice and counseling based on what they had seen during our program, and convinced her to seek help from her guidance counselor. She is no longer in crisis. We could wish for no greater end result. Our program exists for exactly this purpose.
